Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? Let us know! We’re happy to process exchanges if inventory allows.
- Exchange requests should be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
